Pure Gold. Upcycled! Upgraded! is an exhibition from Germany that looks at the reuse of waste items and their transformation into design objects through artistic processes, with an emphasis on ethics, responsibility, internationalization and co-creation. The Disseny Hub Barcelona presents a selection of work by both its curator, Volker Albus and other renowned figures in local design. 

The exhibition has had curatorial input from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, offering a wide range of examples of how upcycling adds value to the creation of new objects.
