Since 2013 Montsec has been internationally recognized as one of the best skies in the world for astronomical observation and enjoyment of starlight. UNESCO's Man and Biosphere (MaB) program has certified the Montsec sky as a Tourist Destination and Starlight Reserve.

The Astronomical Park of Montsec is the basic pillar of research, training and dissemination of astronomy in Catalunya. The Montsec Astronomy Festival brings science closer to young and old as a new form of tourism: tourism of the stars.

Enjoy an experience in which science and tourism are combined with activities aimed at all ages: workshops, experiments, guided tours, concerts and much more all held under the spectacular sky of Montsec.
