A former union organiser on the US-Mexico border, Elena traded in her bullhorn and picket sign for the chance to roam around Europe. She feels lucky to have escaped the US prior to the presidential election, but has nightmares about having to answer for a potentially disastrous outcome. Whilst working as an editorial assistant at Metropolitan, she has explored the city and developed a fondness for darting through the worn alleys of the Gothic Quarter.
