Fiscal Residency

Hi

I am looking for a lawyer to expedite fiscal residency. I will begin a job in Barcelona on 1 September 2015 as a consultant (not as an employee). To sign the contract they require that I am tax resident in Spain. Can you get this for me in time? I already have an NIE since 16 June 2015, and I have been living in Spain with my boyfriend for many months. However all the bills and rent are in his name. The only thing I have in my name is private health insurance in Spain which I have had for nearly a year. I also have a few dentist receipts going back a few months. Will it be possible to get fiscal residency based on this? This will be my first job in Spain.
