One of the newest additions to the gourmet burger scene in Barcelona, the vibe at Filburg is more fine dining than burger shack, with comfy, leather chairs and more than a touch of elegance. The three-finger-thick patties come piled high with mouth-watering toppings, making them nearly impossible to get your mouth around. The meat all comes from local Catalan farms and many more of their ingredients are sourced locally.
