Bar Centro is a harmony of Carlos Gremone's love of the culinary arts and Debora Schneider's passion for the visual. The two united in 2013 to create a menu of hand crafted burgers and beers, embodying their philosophy of a hands-on approach to sourcing and selecting the right ingredients. Their menu is a blend of international flavours with the American cuisine as their base, serving a range of unique flavours and combinations. The burgers are made with 100% Galician meat dubbed their 'Vaca Vieja' burgers, and comprise an extensive range of over 40 to choose from. Vegetarians can also enjoy their meat-free options, with burgers, Japanese dumplings, artisan sandwiches, salads and more. Their passion for crafted produce extends to their range of on-tap and bottled beers, sourced from around Europe and America, including locally-brewed beers of the region.
The burger bar also houses events for different artistic disciplines, such as live music and art exhibitions, alongside various food-related promotions.
