Recorder and harpsichord come together in concert to foster inter-generational dialogue from contrasting centuries. You'll hear 20th century classics and fiercely modern composers coupled with highly traditional German Baroque and 18th-century Catalan music. The evening features the work of brothers Joan Baptista and Josep Pla i Agustí, plus a piece by the extraordinary Father Antonio Soler, the composer from Olot, who died in the monastery of El Escorial as a monk of the Order of St. Jerome.
