Founded in 2018 between Barcelona and Paris, the Trio Da Vinci stands out as one of the best emerging chamber ensembles in Catalunya.

The group's members received their musical training with some of the most emblematic chamber ensembles of recent decades: Rainer Schmidt and Clemens Hagen, from the Hagen Quartett; Bernard Greenhouse, from the Beaux Arts Trio; Heime Müller, from the Artemis Quartet; and Christophe Coin from the Quatuor Mosaïques.

In November 2018, they won second prize in 13th Montserrat Alavedra Chamber Music Awards, in Terrassa. Last March, they were awarded the first prize in the festival's 14th edition. After their performance last year at the Torroella Fringe Festival, the Trio Da Vinci now performs at the Festival de Torroella de Montgrí.
