Something changed when Thrice released The Artist in the Ambulance in 2003. The Californian band's third LP became the soundtrack to a suffocated generation of existentially tortured youth.

A Herculean recital of hooks, riffs and breakdowns that elevated Dustin Kensrue, Teppei Teranishi and the brothers Eddie and Riley Breckenridge to the big leagues of screaming and that still spits flames every time their songs are played live.

Rounding off the anniversary, Thrice are embarking on a tour that will see them play the album in its entirety on "The Artist in the Ambulance 20th Anniversary Tour," revisiting some of their biggest hits and also those electric depths that have been missing from their set lists for years.
