A science fiction thriller that narrates the aftermath of a failed experiment to solve global warming that ends up killing the majority of life on the planet. The only survivors are the passengers of the Snowpiercer, a train that travels the world driven by an engine of eternal movement.
This post-apocalyptic adventure invites reflection on the future of humans. It was made in 2013 by the Oscar-winning Korean director, Bong Joon-ho (Parasite director) and has been described by critics as an enormously ambitious futuristic epic.
Before the film, enjoy a live performance with El viatge de les mans; Toni Xuclà (guitar and composition), Clàudia Cabero (vocals and guitar) and Gemma Abrié (double bass and voice) will take you on a musical and poetic journey that connects the texts of the first Catalan poets with poets and artists of today.
Admission includes access to the museum's temporary exhibit at 19:00, followed by the live performance at 21:00 and film screening at 22:00. The film will be screened in original version with Spanish subtitles.
