This concert is one of the emblematic events of the Vallès Symphony Orchestra. The energy of the waltzes and polkas of the Strauss family and Central European popular music returns. The circular magic of the waltz revolves around a cyclical idea of life, which at the end of the year is revealed to us with an escudella i carn d'olla.
