After the unparalleled reception of Joana Serrat's latest album, Hardcore from the Heart, and after an extensive tour of Europe, England and the United States, the artist from Vic has decided to take advantage of the pause before the release of her new album to bet on her parallel project: Riders of the Canyon.
It is the super band formed in 2017 by Joana Serrat together with Matthew McDaid, Victor Partido and Roger Usart. The captivating energy that characterizes their music is highly contagious. From the initial arrangements of the first track, the record showcases an artful mix of classic and modern elements from genres such as folk, rock and pop, turning the experience of both their recorded and their live performances into an exhilarating journey through unique and addictive musical landscapes.
The duo from Chile, Marineros, land in Barcelona to open the concert, where they will present their new album Al calor de un sol que acaba de morir. Raw, melancholic sound, influenced by shoegaze and alternative rock from the 1990s.
