No More "Nice"—A Workshop on Boundaries

Jessica Breitenfeld is a Gestalt therapist certified in the AETG @La Asociación Española de Terapia Gestalt.
Jessica will lead participants through six exercises, plus reflection time, to create a plan that will help you demand more respect, get people to take you seriously, get people to listen, and for you to trust your gut when you aren't feeling appreciated.
This is fun! It's hard to believe—but true—these exercises use humor and humanness to get you through tough difficult conversation skills.
Topics & Agenda
- Breakout room exercises
- Identifying who doesn't respect and care for you
- Figuring out how much you want to put up boundaries
- Knowing what you will lose once you limit people´s access to your listening
- Forgiving and moving on from the relationship if you decide that the other person will not adapt to the new you
- A new you, that gets heard.
This two-hour free session is for men and women who want to speak more assertively and feel better about themselves in work and personal relationships.
90% of people have problems with boundaries—because no one taught us how to be assertive—most fall into aggressive or passive. This session will help you through role-playing improvised games.
Sponsored by VIP Safety First, the event includes a gift from VIP Safety First for each attendee. VIP is the intelligent way to keep your phone number, and you, safe by adding another layer of protection to keep your personal mobile number private.
Simply add the VIP Safety First service to your mobile phone—you'll receive a new number that works to protect your personal mobile number. By using the safety app, your personal mobile number becomes completely private.
