Meat&Fire is the origin and the beginning. The beginning of a collective consciousness, the start of food survival. Meat&Fire is light, energy, coals, a festival that encompasses a whole philosophy on life and an identity. Meat&Fire is about technique, tradition, partnership; it’s primitive, it’s primal and it involves a lot of smoke. 

Meat, the flavor that unleashes passions, a flavor that floods the palate and takes you on a journey through all the different cultures that revere it—the flavor of smoke, grilling and coals. A tribute to meat, in all its many shapes and interpretations. Meat is flavor, texture, cuisine, identity, quality. Meat&Fire will bring together lovers of fire and meat.
