A native of San Isidro, a town in the south of Tenerife, Maikel DelaCalle, born on September 16, 1994, soon learned that his path would be linked to urban music. Belonging to a humble family, the singer from Tenerife found in the songs a way to express his feelings and experiences on issues that have become great hits especially among young Spanish and Latin American audiences.
