The Karamba are a multicultural mix of Venezuelan, Cuban, Argentinan, Panamanian, and Catalan musicians. Son, cha-cha, salsa, timba, and urban music are performed from a feminine social perspective in the Festival Mil.leni 2021.
The band was founded in 2018 in the heart of the streets of Barcelona, amid the chaos, traffic, and stress of the city. Their mission was to gain and transmit strength through music, and to spread joy and enthusiasm to all audiences.
Currently, the band is made up of Ahyvin Bruno (voice and guitar), Rita Baulida (timbal), Ahylin Bruno (congas), Liviet Ojeda (bass), Natasha Arizu (keyboard), and Anggie Obin (flute). See them perform live at the Sala Apolo in Barcelona.
