Hailing from Rochester, New York, King Buffalo's members are vocalist and guitarist Sean McVay, bassist Dan Reynolds and drummer Scott Donaldson. Formed in 2013, the self-proclaimed "heavy psych" band has made a name for itself through eight albums, five of them full length and tours with artists like Clutch, All Them Witches, Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats and The Sword and Elder.

After The Burden of Restlessness and Acheron, two of the best albums of 2021, King Buffalo released fifth album Regenerator in late 2022 as a self-release in North America and via Stickman Records in Europe. Written and recorded by the band with mixing and engineering by Sean McVay and mastering by Bernie Matthews. With this album the band is consolidated worldwide, participating in many of the summer festivals in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Belgium and Denmark.

In 2023, King Buffalo continues to explore the confines of modern psychedelic music, fusing progressive rhythms, drifting atmospheres and accompanying surges of electricity, where new tracks further establish the group as one of the brightest lights in underground rock.
