Jeb Patton
to
Jamboree Jazz Club, Sala 1 Plaça Reial 17, 08002 Barcelona

Jeb Patton (Kensington, USA, 1974) is one of the most brilliant pianists, faithful to the glorious tradition of jazz piano. An outstanding disciple of the great Roland Hanna, his style drinks directly from the roots of bop, with inescapable references such as Tommy Flanagan and Horace Silver. The legacy of Charlie Parker, but also that of Duke Ellington and Jimmy Heath, acquire a new reading at the hands of Patton. A New York resident since 1996, Patton has worked for George Coleman, Frank Wess, Jimmy Heath, James Moody, Antonio Hart and Roberta Gambarini.
