The Sant Andreu Jazz Band is a factory of jazz talent that has produced great performers such as Andrea Motis. Now the young musicians from her reserve have the opportunity to shine in this festival that is designed to bring jazz closer to family audiences and young people. But they are not alone, they are accompanied by both emerging and prominent musicians from the national and international scene.
In addition to concerts, the Jazz Education Stage takes place in parallel to the festival in morning and afternoon sessions. You will live an immersive experience in the SAJB project which is a professional, educative and lifestyle project—a way of living a passion for music and specifically jazz.
The Education Stage is filled with masterclasses jam sessions, conferences and the chance to interact with a number of jazz greats that make themselves easy to reach for young musics and attendees. The festival is aimed at budding musicians starting at age nine as well as musicians, teachers, conductors and people in love with music.
