Rear Window, Alfred Hitchcock (USA, 1954)

Immobilized due to an accident, a photographer attempts to escape the boredom and monotony by spying on his neighbors through the window with his binoculars. A seemingly inexplicable series of events leads him to suspect a neighbor, whose wife has disappeared, of murder. Film will be screened in English with Catalan subtitles. 

A Hitchcock film little valued at the time, but later recovered as a masterpiece, and an authentic portrait of the passion for watching, which is as much Stewart watching his neighbor as it is us watching Stewart.
