Grant-Lee Phillips can boast, in addition to an impeccable career of more than 30 years, of being one of the few artists who has been completely fruitful during the confinement, that experience of isolation and reconnection with himself has given rise to his new album All That You Can Dream. An introspective album, where the focus falls on the expressive voice of the singer. Lyrically, it alludes to the anxiety and uncertainty that can be produced by the change of those things that were once immovable and right now seem easily breakable.

However, despite having certain readjustments, the project shares many similarities with the singer-songwriter's previous work. Among them, the large number of historical references to capture events of the present. Thus, Rats in a Barrel mentions the assault on the United States Capitol.
