The Parc Agrari from Baix Llobregat arrives in Barcelona with Gastrofest KM0, a festival dedicated to quality gastronomy that focuses on local products from Baix Llobregat.
Eight selected restaurants will offer you the best KM0 dish made with local products from Baix Llobregat such as: Gavà asparagus, the "Pota Blava" variety of El Prat chicken and calçots and artichokes from El Prat. The restaurants will compete to be the winners of the prize for the best dish made with fresh products from Baix Llobregat.
The Cooking Classroom will be one of the main hubs of the festival, with cooking demos and workshops in collaboration with Cuina Magazine, including a day dedicated to Women in Gastronomy. There will also be tasting sessions and pairings to delve deeper into products such as the Prat artichoke and Damm beers. The program is rounded out with live music and DJ sessions throughout the weekend.
