The Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès & Cardona presents a program starring violinist Marta Cardona, dedicated to Latin American music with the participation of the singer Sílvia Pérez Cruz.
Carlos Gardel is a legend of Argentine tango and Atahualpa Yupanqui is a prominent Argentine singer-songwriter famous for his folk songs.
Astor Piazzolla is known as the creator of new tango and his music combines traditional elements with contemporary innovations.
This unique concert will combine Gardel's classic Argentine tango, Piazzolla's modern tango and Yupanqui folk music with the special collaboration of the voice of Sílvia Pérez Cruz.
With an extensive vocal range, the singer from Empordà will take us on a trip to the melodies of the South American continent with great ease, from soft and melodic sounds to moments of intensity and passion. Her way of interpreting the lyrics and melodies is of enormously expressive and sensitive, captivating the audience and generating an intimate connection with the public. It will be a memorable night full of emotions and musical beauty.
