Every March, la Fira de la Botifarra takes over the streets of La Garriga!

The annual celebration features a gastronomic tasting space with activities, music and shows. The ButiAula offers tasting sessions of beer, wine, cold cuts and cheeses; the ButiKids has a program of children's activities; and the ButiTast in Plaça de l'Església is where visitors can taste the sausage from local butchers and local restaurants offer local dishes.

The ButiFira market hosts 40 stalls of artisan goods including cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, breads, ratafia and spirits, beers, cakes, dairy products, pastries, jams, herbs, honeys, wines, cavas, and, obviously, the Garriga sausage.
