Fascurt is a short film festival that was established in 2003 and has become a key feature of Maresme’s cultural life. Ocata Beach is the setting for the festival’s three sections: fiction, animation and undercurts.

In addition to the screenings, the festival features activities, special programs, concerts and workshops such as Fastkids, where kids can learn some cinematographic techniques such as stop motion animation.
