The Well-Tempered Clavier is one of J.S. Bach's main contributions to keyboard literature; it had a notable influence on later composers and is an essential element in the repertoire of artists  specializing in Baroque music. 

In his latest visit to the Palau, the Russian pianist Evgeni Koroliov offers a programme consisting of the first collection of pieces of this work, consisting of 24 preludes and fugues that cover all the major and minor keys of the chromatic range. This is a must-see event for classical music die-hards.
