Eve Cornelius’s voice recalls those of the great divas of jazz, soul and R&B. She began singing when she was a very little girl in Newark (New Jersey, USA) but she didn’t make it to the big venues until she won the BET Jazz Discovery award. At the Jamboree, she will perform with a supergroup completed by organist Brian Charette, guitarist Telmo Fernández and drummer Jason Brown. The concert is part of a tour prior to the recording of Telmo Fernández’s next album and includes jazz, blues and soul compositions.
