Guitarist Emili Baleriola is one of the pioneers of progressive rock and jazz-rock in Spain. In the 1970's, he was a member of stand out bands such as Crac, Máquina! and Esqueixada Sniff, as well as being a close collaborator with Jaume Sisa and signing a solo work on the crossroads of jazz, rock and blues. Baleriola is a historical figure of creative music in Spain—a benchmark of the Layetana scene and beyond—who has experimented with a wide variety of styles. At Mas i Mas'23 he will present his most recent solo composition, an unpublished work of jazz fusion that he will perform as a quartet with Jordi Soley on keyboards, Rubén Berengena on drums and Jordi Ruiz "Popi" on bass.
