American soulman Curtis Harding will set the stage alight this month at Sala Razzmatazz.

Harding has brought a breath of fresh air to the retro-soul scene in recent years. The singer fuses passion with soul, intensity with classicism, and he also knows that attitude and nerve that pertain to the worlds of indie and garage rock can effectively be used in the world of Black music. He captures that rebellious feeling, combining it with soul, blues, gospel, psychedelia and rock to come up with the formula for a style all its own, which he has christened "slop 'n’ soul."
