Bajo terapia, Gerardo Herrero (2023, Spain)

Director and producer Herrero presents a lively comedy that explores marital problems and generational differences.

Three couples come together in a consulting room for a very special therapeutic session: a group session without the presence of a psychologist. Using envelopes and a set of questions about their relationships and problems, the participants will take part in an experiment that sees them all assume the roles of prosecutors and defense lawyers. Can six individuals find the courage to confront their own marital issues, or will their differences prove too much for them to overcome? 

The film is a part of the Brain Film Festival at the CCCB, and includes an in-person presentation and post-screening with director Gerardo Herrero and the actors Antonio Pagudo and Juan Carlos Vellido. Film will be screened in original version.
