Rahim is in prison because of a debt he was unable to repay. During a two-day leave, Rahim tries to convince his creditor to withdraw his complaint, offering payment of part of the sum. But things don’t go as planned. Film will be screenid in original version (Farsi) with subtitles in Spanish.
The evening begins at 20:45 with live music featuring Yacine Belahcene. Fusing Algerian and Catalan folk heritage, Yacine Belahcene takes us on a journey around the Mediterranean through sounds that resonate around the ports of Algiers, Marseille and Barcelona. He expands his musical inspiration even further, though, adding electronic touches to his traditional compositions to bring them closer to the sounds of urban music.
