Metropolitan Culture Corner: Oscar Foronda

by

It’s here! The first Monday of the month means a new installment of the Metropolitan Culture Corner. We give you a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of local, national and international stars of the arts, music and culture scene.

In the last interview recorded in 2020—our very first of the new year!—presenter Tori Sparks chats with actor Oscar Foronda, the only Spanish actor in the cast of the fourth season of the popular Netflix series The Crown. Foronda has appeared in over 85 films and TV series, as well as in numerous commercials. He shares his perspective on life, art, and the importance of following your own path in the face of adversity.

Last month on the MCC we featured interior architect and designer Lázaro Rosa Violán, who is famous for creating the trademark vintage-meets-industrial look that has become synonymous with Barcelona. He has created hundreds of unique interiors for restaurants, hotels, retail chains and more on six continents.

Stay tuned to Metropolitan’s YouTube channel and social media—you’ll love the line-up we have planned for you for 2021! (Can't view the video above? You can watch it here.)
