Terms and Conditions for all competitions run by Barcelona Metropolitan magazine (published by Creative Media Group, SL)
1. All competitions are open to Spanish residents aged 18 and above only.
2. Competitions are not open to staff, interns or freelancers employed by the company or the immediate family of these.
3. Winners of competitions will be notified by email or through our Facebook page.
4. On certain occasions, winners may be required to come to the office of Barcelona Metropolitan (Ciutat 7 2-4, 08001 Barcelona, Spain) to collect their prize.
5. No correspondence will be entered into regarding competitions and winners, and no cash equivalent will be offered rather than the advertised prize.
6. The names of competitions winners will occasionally be featured on the website of Barcelona Metropolitan and/or in the magazine of Barcelona Metropolitan and/or the Facebook page of Barcelona Metropolitan. By entering a competition run by Barcelona Metropolitan, participants agree to their name being used in this way.
7. The personal or contact details of competition participants will not be used for any other purposes.
