The study complex at European College Barcelona combines modern, comfortable fittings with contemporary instructional tools. Like all campuses belonging to the EU Group, students at our business school in Barcelona have access to tools such as SMARTboards, which optimize student and faculty interaction. The whole campus is supported by a Wi-Fi connection so that students can work from their personal laptops between classes.
Almost an entire floor of the main campus building is dedicated to digital instruction tools. Onsite technical support is available upon request. The student library has key textbooks and periodicals for students’ reference, as well as Wi-Fi range that enables access to the award-winning online learning resource ProQuest; which is also available remotely via our intranet.
Our bachelor’s programs require a certain level of English and academic achievement and if you do not meet these requirements, we offer two preparatory programs on all of our campuses. The foundation programs may only be taken in conjunction with our programs. Our English Foundation Program is for those who need to improve their language skills while our Business Bridging Program is for those who need to improve their academic level. Upon successful completion of your foundation program in addition to your high school diploma or GED, you will be admitted to our bachelor’s programs.
EU Business School’s undergraduate curricula are in line with the Treaty of Bologna; the programs last three years (six 13-week semesters, 180 ECTS). Students also have the opportunity to complete their studies in two years if they take classes during two, intensive summer semesters. The core curricula prepare undergraduates to enter the business world.
EU offers students the option to take part in further undergraduate study programs through affiliations with other renowned international academic institutions.
Our graduate programs are tailor-made to accommodate each candidate's needs. They offer a variety of degree specializations from the traditional to the most up-to-date areas in the world of international business. The international master programs in Barcelona last one year full-time (3 terms of 10 weeks each) or two years part-time.
The first 2 terms cover the essential skills for understanding master's level business concepts. The last term focuses on the candidate’s specialization.
The MBA programs at our business school in Barcelona are taught in English and classes take place in the evening from Monday to Friday 7.00pm to 10.00pm. Terms start in October, January and March.
