A highlight of the summer in the Costa Brava town of Pals, this hip gathering markets itself as Bohemian Glamour. On offer are dozens of events and attractions, from theater and music to parades and shopping; many of which are dedicated to fashion, art, food, wine, artisan crafts, antiques and design.

Held on the grounds of a 16th century Catalan farmhouse, the month of August is filled with vivid local culture on offer to escape from the city's summer heat and a chance to let your mind wander while soaking in the laid-back atmosphere.
