The Torelló Mountain Film Festival brings together the very best films that relate to mountains or to nature in general.
The best international mountain- and nature-related films compete in Torelló every year. The wide range of opportunities offered by the festival rules enables documentaries with different subject matter to be screened: expeditions, nature reports, adventure sports, and environmental documentaries of all kinds.
The Festival was founded in 1983 as the Mountain Film Competition, and has continued to grow for nearly four decades, and is now one of the most important festivals in the world of its kind.
