We spoke with Josh Surowitz, a U.S. based immigration attorney who specializes in helping people out with just this problem.

Josh has vast experience and expertise in the nuances of immigration from Spain and Europe to the U.S. He advises families and businesses on a wide array of immigration procedures, such as permanent and temporary employment visas as well as obtaining U.S. nationality.

A seasoned veteran with over 15 years of experience in immigration law, Josh has also served on the Executive Committee for the California Bar Association International Law Section since 2015 and has been a visiting lecturer on Immigration Law and Policy in the International Law Department of Alicante Law School in Spain, and the University of California Berkeley.

Like so many of us, Josh and his family are enamored of Barcelona. He visits Barcelona three times a year both to enjoy this beautiful city and to advise Spanish residents and expats on their immigration needs.
