Soweto

Soweto formed in 1998 in Gracia, a world-away from their Jamaica influenced sound similar to The Skatalites, The Maytals and Price Buster. They play ska and rock-steady and their 2008 album You Give Me Fever, on which they collaborated with the Gaylads star BB Seaton, was a big hit and critical success.  The band is now regarded as one of the best ska bands in Spain and their packed out concerts demonstrate their popularity.
