Saint or Sinha

Anything that can make you laugh in January has to be worth its weight in gold. It’s cold, you’re broke and most people seem determined to hibernate their way through the month.

Thank goodness for quality stand-up comedy, then, to make the new year feel a little less difficult. This month the Guinness Laughter Lounge is bringing over Edinburgh Fringe award nominee Paul Sinha: the gay Asian doctor won praise for his 2006 show ‘Saint or Sinha?’ about the tempestuous state of his romantic life, and his routine should be an ideal antidote to the January blues.
