About Tati Paes
Born in Brazil, Tati Paes experienced her first expatriation to Singapore as a child and has since lived across Asia, the Americas, and Europe. As a Life Abroad Mentor and Global Transition Strategist, she combines deep personal insight with over 16 years of HR leadership in multinationals such as Samsung and HSBC.
Tati holds a Business Administration degree from Babson College (USA) and an International MBA from IE Business School (Spain). After moving to Paris in 2020 with two young children, she founded Interoots in Barcelona to help families and professionals approach relocation with clarity, purpose, and balance.
Her mission is to transform global transitions into meaningful life chapters, where success is measured not only by career outcomes, but by family well-being and a true sense of belonging abroad.
