On the first Monday of every month we feature figures from the local, national, and international arts, music, and culture scene in an in-depth interview focusing not only on their professional successes, but also on their creative processes and what drives them to make their art.
In the latest installment of the Metropolitan Culture Corner video series, Tori Sparks interviews musical dynamo Dani Neŀlo. The Spanish saxophone player is a former member of the iconic rock band Los Rebeldes, as well as radio host, television and soundtrack producer, a music historian, and the leader of multiple musical projects including Los Mambo Jambo.
Last month, we spoke with internationally renowned mastering engineer Yves Roussel, who has worked on everything from Woody Allen movie soundtracks to Grammy-winning pop records to local bands’ latest radio singles.
