In the underground coal mines, Nam and Viet, young miners, face danger and darkness. One prepares to leave for a new life, but they must find Nam’s father’s remains, a soldier lost in a faraway forest, retracing the past through memories.

The love of two young workers, hidden in the darkness of a coal mine, is shaken when one of them decides to emigrate. Before that, he will accompany his lover in search of his father, who disappeared in the Vietnam War, on a journey that summons the great authors of the 20th century.

Film will be screened in original version (Vietnamese) with English and Catalan subtitles.
