With the emotional electronics of Californian Scott Hansen, which aims at both the head and the feet, it is easy to travel from one place to another without leaving home. Sometimes it takes us to places we have already been, other times, to destinations we have never visited before. On some occasions, it is even capable of mixing everything: who says that you can't feel nostalgia for a place that you don't know yet, for a time that you haven't experienced?
In 2006 we learned that it is possible when Hansen released Past Is Prologue, his first album, full of songs that seemed to have been imagined by Instagram filters long before they existed. Since then, reality has passed through Tycho's hands to be molded with warm colors and infinite horizons, transporting him to unimaginable heights (two Grammy nominations, the Billboard 200 sales list, some viral hits). Infinite Health, their recently released sixth album, aims to "create a space for healing and reflection," as its author explained, and in the process, he has tried "to sound as different as possible without giving up our roots."
