The New York band The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart is back on tour with its original lineup, something they haven’t done since the conclusion of their tour promoting their second album, Belong, in 2011. This reunion also marks the rebirth of the group, which had been inactive since November 2019. Their romantic noise-pop is back, with its almost neurotic fuzz guitars and strong emotional resonance, proudly flying their forever-young flag and following in the footsteps of The Jesus And And Mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine, Black Tambourine, and The Smith.
The Canary Island-born singer-songwriter Christina Quesada will open for the American band on the tour that will bring them to the Iberian Peninsula in early 2025.
