Yeong-guk, the captain of an old fishing boat, lives in a small coastal village. He lives alone, having lost his daughter a few years ago. Every morning, when he goes out to sea, he is accompanied by a single crew member: a thirty-year-old man named Yong-su. Yong-su lives with his mother and his wife, a Vietnamese woman who was brought to South Korea through an arranged marriage. Although he seems to have a happy life, the sadness in his eyes suggests otherwise. One morning, the two men head out to sea, but only one of them returns a few hours later.

Film will be screened in its original version with subtitles in Spanish.
