The James Taylor Quartet

James Taylor, a famed hammond player is one of the founders of the acid jazz scene, a genre which revolutionised music in the nineties in the UK. The quartet are also known for their debut album Mission Impossible, from which songs can be heard in movies such as Mrs Robinson, Alfie and even Austin Powers. They have also collaborated with very well known artists like the The Pongues, U2 and even Tom Jones. The Mas i Mas festival in Barcelona offers an opportunity to hear them play a session of their hits and songs from their new album.
