Directed by Pau Doz and starring Bealia Guerra, Xavi Duch and Jordi Llordella, this musical will be performed at the Teatre Tívoli through the month of July. Based on the film Some Like It Hot (1959), starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, the musical production of Sugar began in 1972 at the Majestic Theatre in New York City. The comedy takes place in Chicago during the US Prohibition era and follows two jazz musicians who, when forced to leave the city, escape to Miami and join an all-female band.
