Italian gastronomy will be represented by 14 local restaurateurs who will offer regional recipes, dishes never seen in the city, and a sampling of popular Italian food trends, all in a fun street food format. There will be no shortage of pasta, pizza, fried foods, and much less artisanal gelato and traditional sweets. In a single day, visitors can enjoy more than 20 savory and sweet dishes that represent the authentic flavors of virtually all of Italy's 20 regions.

Those who wish to delve deeper into the secrets of Italian cuisine can sign up for workshops taking place throughout the day.

Music and the performing arts will be present at Taste-It under the artistic direction of the Compagnia Teatrale Italiana di Barcellona. Live musical performances, as well as various DJ sets will be featured. Once again, pizzica and swing will liven up the afternoon with live performances encouraging dancing to round out a day "alla italiana".

There will be spaces dedicated to the little ones. The Istituto Italiano di Cultura and the Scuola Italiana dell'Infanzia will offer fun readings and free music and art workshops for children.
