“We are not AI. We are oral history. Stories you can wear”:
At the launch of SA Studio@Nupura, we are delighted to present Manjula Sen’s Sensclo – Storytelling through Textile creations.
For the first time in Spain, Sensclo, a clothing brand from India, is displaying its hand-crafted and hand-tailored artisanal and unique contemporary designs at the SA Studio Concept store in Rda de Sant Pau.

In a world overrun by technology, Manjula Sen’s Sensclo takes the opposite approach:
We are people-centric, anti-homogenisation, trend-agnostic and age-neutral. Our creations are an amalgamation of craft history, contemporary design and process.
Automation, livelihood loss, generational change and changing market forces have resulted in the shift of many skilled artisans to factories and a loss of craft-based knowledge. We use legacy crafts to sustain, promote and employ artisans.

Slow fashion at its best. Address: SA Studio, Nupura, Rda. de Sant Pau, 13, Eixample, 08015.

Time 11 am - 9 pm.
