South Carolina native Steve Ray Ladson is an artist, actor, vocalist, music producer, songwriter, arranger and musician whose musical talents range from the banjo, dobro, piano, Hammond organ, lead guitar, bass guitar, accordion, spoons and the harmonica. He's been making music throughout his life but only started doing so in a professionally in 2010.

He's appeared on a range of TV programing on multiple networks such as Don Imus’ TV show, CTV, BET, Canadian TV, Audio Tree TV, The Today Show, ABC’s The View, The Rachael Ray Show, AOL’s The Build, Paste Magazine, Salon TV.

Ladson is treading his own musical path and bringing his genre “Blackgrass Brothercana“ into the spotlight while aiming to keep the blues, funk, pop, soul, and rock ‘n’ roll genres of music alive for a new generation. Steve has only just recently began performing with the accompaniment of his backing band within the last few years.
